Three commercial new-occupant applications filed Aug. 6-7 name sites on Hunter Road, South Seguin Avenue and Interstate 35 North in New Braunfels.
The filings offer an early public record of possible business activity at the three addresses. They do not establish that the applications are approved, that the named businesses will open or when occupancy might begin.
The city lists The Backyard in Gruene at 1706 Hunter Road under record CO2026-661 and Aera Nail Lounge at 1932 South Seguin Avenue under CO2026-663. Both were filed Aug. 6.
A third record, CO2026-664, names New Braunfels Sharps at 4312 Interstate 35 North and carries an Aug. 7 filing date.
The preserved permit entries provide no detail-page links, supporting documents, approval dates or opening schedules. A status change or issued occupancy certificate would provide a firmer milestone for any of the three sites.
