The address is specific. The scope is not.
TABS2026025901 was registered July 22 as privately funded New Construction on private land. It identifies Creekside Town Center as the facility, A L 95 Creekside Town Center LP as the owner and MG2, Inc. as the design firm. Together with the address, Estimated Cost and square footage, those entries tie the retailer to a specific property and state review file.
The state's Scope of Work field repeats “25,315” instead of explaining demolition, site work, interior build-out or other construction. That unusually spare entry supports the footprint and New Construction classification, but not a detailed account of what crews would do.
